I watched as Irish theme Bars popped up all over the country in recent years with their rustic interiors and old fashioned decor.

Somehow they failed to capture that most Irish phenomenon known in Gaelic as "The Craic" (pronounced crack) which is a mixture of conversation, laughter, song and more than the occasional pint of Guinness.

All of you who have been to Ireland will know exactly what I mean.
