Lucid Entertainment, the management company that runs American Junkie, Dirty Pretty and PCL lost some of their biggest players recently.

The GM of PCL, Mike Alexander, and Marketing Director, Justin Gurian, left Lucid in order to pursue their own venture at the old Mickey's Hangover location.

The new bar is called Firehouse and is set to open tonight!  Expect a classic American bar concept similar to Mickey's in that it serves both food and drinks and is open late.

One of American Junkies marketing directors, Chad Landau, also left to open a new bar called Smashboxx.  Smashboxx will be managed by All In One Entertainment which also runs The Grind and Pink Cabaret.

The split of these guys from Lucid Entertainment might help to release the tight grip Lucid has on Old Town Scottsdale's bar scene, although we don't foresee PCL or Junkie slowing down any time soon!
