Thank you to all those whom replied to our first post. We will try to answer the majority of the questions we received with this post.
ReverseHappyHour.com is looking for someone to run the East Valley section on the website. Currently, we are in the process of redesigning our website to make it National. In the near future, the home page will make users select their city. In turn, each city will have a sub-site dedicated to it's Night Life. We are currently in the process of adding LA , Las Vegas and Orlando.
The responsibilities of the Blog Adminstrator are broad and will include:
Reviewing all of the bars that are in ones area and adding that information to the Bar Directory - which will require one to:
-Locate all the bars through various techniques (yellowpages, scouting by car or foot, word of mouth, etc) -Calling said bars and interviewing managers/staff to gain the necessary information -Entering reviews into the bar directory through the website's backend control pannel (knowledge of Joomla and general html a big plus)
Writing/Posting blogs to the website on your area's happenings - which will require one to:
-WRITE! Creatively of course, in order to gain an audience and keep people interested -Gather insider/"juicy" information that the average bar goer might not know -Post the articles to the website through the website's backend control pannel (knowledge of Joomla and general html a big plus)
!!!NOW FOR THE MONEY!!!
Sell advertising space on the website to various local bars and businesses - which will require one to:
-SELL! wether it be through cold calling or networking or whatever -Promote/Advertise the site to gain dedicated users and increase web hits (makes it a lot easier to sell)
It is important to know that you are NOT guarunteed any money!!! That is why candidates should have a strong interest in their local Nightlife and want a tool to express it!
I assure you that we have not thought of all the ways the site can be profitable as well!
We are basically handing you a blank business, you must stock it and sell your product.
It is not difficult to make $700 plus a month with the site.
