Tiki paradise, Drift Lounge in Scottsdale, closed not too long ago for a total overhaul that called for an opening up of the old brick space … and by opening up, we mean pretty much the entire north wall—which will connect out to the city’s first bar/pool. Now, folks who usually dig the hotel pool scene will have an option that isn’t protected by room keys. Although, expect this pool to operate much the same way—cabana reservations, likely cover charges, and throngs of beautiful people.

All of which are facets of the 5,000 square foot indoor/outdoor upscale luxury lounge and cigar club opening in the Mix Shops in Old Town Scottsdale (in the previous upper level space of The Estate House) in January 2011.
